How the nurse feels

How the obligate discovers How the Nurse Feels is a short figment by Greg Changnon. It is set in the American city Winetka (p.2 l.18), where the preadolescent young girl Tess lives with her pargonnts. Her father is a minister in a church and her mother owns a fabric store. Tess is in a play at her high direct, her role is the Nurse in Romeo and Juliet, just now because of the heavy carbons the school is closed, so the rehearsals are postponed. Because the school is cancelled the playing period instructor Mr. Swick visits the cast to rehearse the different scenes and during his visit to Tess accommodate, they contend what it feels wish well to be the Nurse. When the storm is over and the school starts ag ain, Tiger de Sotos parents visit the school in effect to find out if any of the actors know something well-nigh his disappearance. On the night of the enterprise Mr and Mrs de Soto again appeal to the youngsters to reveal, if they know anything. The neighboring day Tess is called to the touch of Mr. Swick and she thinks that he wants to discuss her performance, but he has called her to inform her that Tiger de Soto has been found and that he suffocated in the snow close to his house after falling while he was shovelling snow. The story is about identification and loss. At the beginning of the story it is difficult for Tess to list with her role as the Nurse. She asks her drama instructor why the Nurse is so involved with Juliet and her family (p.1 l.7) it is after all only a job - and her teacher tells her to think motivation, but that does not jockstrap her. After Tigers disappearance, when Mr. Swick visits her house, she tries to feel the scene they are rehearsing and she describes the Nurses story.
